PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment can be made either by personal check, cashiers check, money order, international check, wire transfer PayPal or Credit Card.

A processing fee of 4% is added to those accounts paying by PayPal and 6.5% for credit cards.

A deposit of 75% is required at the time the order for the brace is placed.  The balance due and actual shipping costs are payable at the time of shipping.

A service fee of $25 is charged for changes made to the order once it is sent to the lab and prior to start of fabrication.  If a change is made once fabrication is started, additional labor and material costs associated with the changes will be added to the final balance. 

A 10% cancellation fee will be charged for all orders canceled after they have been sent to the lab but prior to fabrication start.  If canceled after start of fabrication, then labor and material will be charged as of the time of the cancellation.

Any account that becomes delinquent will be assessed a monthly service processing fee of $10.00 per month in addition to a monthly finance fee of 1.5% commencing on and retroactive to the day of shipment of the order.
